I heard about ASE through a family member. Dan (bathroom designer) was very informative and helpful. ASE as a whole is a very professional organisation. The workmanship is excellent - highly recommend Andy! Everything about the fitting was timed very well (skip arrived as the old bathroom was being removed) - electrician arrived when expected and his work was co-ordinated efficiently with the rest of the team already on site. Scott came back to check everything was finished at the end of the 2 weeks. I would recommend ASE to anyone - Very happy with the end result - my bathroom looks lovely - thank you ASE!

The installation team of Andy & Jordan carried out a first class job, they were prompt and efficient, ensuring that they cleaned up thoroughly each day when they finished. We heard about ASE locally and we were a little hesitant at first as we had no previous knowledge of the company, however we found them to be a good company to work with. The communication was very good and the employees listened to our needs and commented constructively. The best thing about working with ASE is that they are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also used ASE's Installation Service - I was away while the installation was being carried out and when I returned it was like no-one had been in my house. There was no mess or clutter and everything had been left clean and tidy. Even the neighbours were impressed with the installation team's clean van, punctuality, efficient work and quiet performance. We have been dealing with ASE for many years so we had no concerns about working with them when we wanted to convert our en-suite bathroom into a wetroom. The Project Manager, Scott Mackenzie, was very re-assuring and helped us to decide what we wanted. The installation team were courteous and polite and worked hard to make sure everything was left in working order before we had to go into lockdown! Thank you ASE, we are very pleased with the job.
